How do I bleed my clutch on my free lander 1 ?

I'm finding it hard to change gear in my freelander so need to bleed my clutch to see if there air in there

make sure there is plenty of fluid in the reservoir, sometimes when you open the bleeder they bleed themselves through gravity,if no better get someone to sit and press the pedal while you open the bleeder, pedal to floor, shut bleeder and pedal up and so on.Lookfor air while the pedal is being pressed. If no better it may need a pressure bleeder and if still no better then you may have clutch issues.
