2006 iveco daily 35s12?

i have ivecc daily 35s12, the problem is black smoking when i accelerate.have had new egr valve, new throttle valve,injectors taken off and tested. i have spent a small fortune on this van.can anybody help. it drives well and on tick over there is no black smoke. thanks

hello ,thanks for your reply, the air filter has been changed.i cant answer whether the pipes are collapsing or not,because i am not a mechanic.the van runs well on accelerating but just black smokes.do you think it could be the intercooler pipes. thanks
