I have fitted my belt to the drum, but it is still loose and won,t tun the drum, could anyone explain how to tighten the belt at the pulley wheel/ motor, a diagramed would assist greatly.

I have,nt found the spring as yet, however does the spring attach it,s self to the bar or the wheel and to the side of the machine.

did you find the idler/tensioner wheel on a metal bar mounted near the motor and held with a spring?.This is the bit that tensions the belt.push it as far inwards as it will go with the spring under tension and wedge it.fit belt around motor shaft and drum.now unwedge tensioner and let it snap back on the new drive belt.Job done
