04 sdi inca no power on hills?

as far as i am aware this is non turbo, is this not the case with all sdi engines is ther any other sensors would cause this, plugged diagnostics in to check for faults but it wont read the ecu any suggestions????cheers

I would find someone with the appropriate code reader to access your system for a look at fault codes,it is no use guessing as it could cost a fortune.
