bought new color cartridge for my printer and will not print in color just black and white this is second cartridge thinking the other did not work.

Hi Tina,
Sounds as though you have not got 'colour' selected on your printing options.
Go to 'Printers'on your start button, click on 'Adjust Print Options', then click on the 'advanced' tab. You should now have a choice of colour or greyscale (black & white). Click on 'colour' and see if that works.
