dispatch wont turnover?

Hi , got a dispatch (2007) it sudenly decided not to start this morning ! wont turn over although it would seem I have got electric as all lights working . It has also tripped into ecconomy mode aswell . The battery light flashes and nothing happens when I turn the key ... anyone got any answers please ???
