Hi my iron will only have little bursts of steam then will not let out any at all how do I de scale 2931 version desperate please help.

You could try this: slide steam setting to lowest possible point; switch on power and hold the steam button in - usually brownish colour water will start to come through the soleplate - keep running this until water is clear -this is how I clean mine. Hope this helps :)
