I installed a Bristan shower recently and about 6 months later there was no hot water coming out. I changed the thermostat and it was fine for about 4 months but has gone again. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? I have a conventional boiler system. Should I cut my losses and get a new shower??

If it is only 6 months old you have a warranty with Bristan, get them involved
