My moms washing machine was very noisy when spinning and started to move out from under the work surface. When it had stopped spinning, when you move the drum inside, it seems very loose like it isn't attached properly. I tried to take the top off to look inside, but couldn't slide the top off after unscrewing the screws at the back.
