52 plate Renault Clio headlights or dashlights not working?

Checked fuses on front passenger foot well, and when i turn left stick once i get no lights (front, back and dash) or when I turn it twice? But I get fog lights front and rear on, once I twist the inner loop on aswell. still no dash lights though? If anyone can help, thanks

all fuses are fine, could it be a relay? or anything to do with my ecu being changed whilst having uch virginized so they ran together. I also heard there was a relay in car passenger side how can I check this

there are more fuses in the bonnet right hand side by the battery might need checking out aswell
