Dryer is humming and not spinning?

I have an LG front loader dryer DLE2515s and it is making a buzzing noise when I hit start and will not run. I have power and can select the cycle and heat but when I hit start it just buzzes.

If it is the motor that is humming it could be three things 1. the capacitor, 2. the relay (if it is a reverse action motor.3. the motor itself

top off and CAREFULLY push the drum round whilst it is buzzing.if it starts to rotate could be a faulty start capacitor
