No power to Dyson washing machine (CR01)?

No power / no lights come on. Tried changing the fuse, no joy. Dyson no longer prepared to send engineer (after Dec 2012). Wife tried fiddling with the circuit board and got an electric shock! Any ideas please?

thats how much faith dyson have in the crap they sold you mate their washing machines are as good as their vacuums,and they are crap too,i am an ex hoover engineer of 20 years and i can tel you ,the dyson stuff is crap
