hi, my problem is that when i put it on a wash for 40%.
it said on the front of it that the cycle lasts for 46 min. but when it gets to one min it just goes on. and when i stop it and put it on fast spin, that lasts for 16 min.
it does not spin fast. and when it gets to about 5 min to go it stops and flashes f11. and when i press the stop button it wont stop. about 10 min later it stops on it's own. what should i do?

1. Check the outlet pump, its likely to be blocked with stray coins. Follow the water outlet hose back to find it.
2. Failing that, replace the motor brushes. Fairly cheap and easy do do but you will have to remove the motor.
These two represent about three quarters of wmc problems.
