my hazard lights work, inside and out but when i operate the indicators they do not work independantly?? also my front and rear wipers have failed are the two faults linked? please help

If it is a 206 it is possably the COM 2000 unit(thats the part with your wiper/indicator stalks on)and will cost about £200+ to replace.You need a new one,recon or scrapyard wont work don't waste your money,these units are gauranteed to fail.Have a garage check it.
