Hi there, I have an aprilla sr 50 liquid cooled 2003 and recently I started having problems...

My bike started to sputter while I was riding home one night and maybe 2 mins after that it just died, the bike would start again but it was realy boggy and would soon die again and its been the same since.

I tried switching the regulator, ecu, new spark plug, new petrol and oil but still no luck

If anyone knows a solution to this please help, thank you

could be fuel starvation or an electrical problem, lets do the fuel first it's easier, check that the petrol tank cap breather isn't blocked, next time the bike stops try removing the cap, if there's a hissing sound it means a vacuum in the tank and you've found the problem, also check all fuel filters aren't clogged up, clean or replace.
