how do I remove the alternator from a vauxhall combo van?

I'm changing an alternator on a W reg vauxhall combo van. I've disconnected it and I can't get the old one out!

a long time since i done one of these,is there a lack of clearance between the subframe and engine?it may help unbolting the lower engine mount to get the engine shoved back a small amount and may help with clearance issues.

Hi,don't know about a vauxhall but I had a fiesta kombi van I removed the headlamp(easy job)and took it out that way.Have a look it might be easier.
