How do I get help with a hot water urn which no longer works?
The telephone number is not available when I ring who can I speak too please I'm elderly & not up to this new technolegy the urn was bought for Xmas & birthdays times when a kettle is not adequate it has not been used many times as a couple we do not need the extra water but it is so usefull when we have a family occasion.
