I have Mira Essentials electric shower (9kW) and its not working. Its has cold water inlet at top left. The power is connected at the bottom left.

Can anybody please suggest any straight replacement for this shower. Hopefully the one which doesn't need any drilling / changing water connection / changing power cable etc.
