Blower no working on my vectra 2004?

i have tried a new resistor and the blower is still not working, all i get is a clicking noise from a brown fuse type thing. i changed it and still no joy. anytakers?

Have you tried a direct feed onto the fan,it may be at burnt out.If it is check your pollen filter is clear.
