why do i lack power?

i have a 320 se diesel starts first time but lacks power new turbo fitted 1year ago.what do the butter flyes do in the inlet manifold

check your accelirator cable and see if there is any free play if yes then adjust it using the clip that holds it in place ok

Clean the inlet manifold from any obstruction.

Change the air filter for a new one. A dirty air filter make you use more gas and reduce the available power.
