I have a noise from my tumble dryer when the drum is rotating?

I have a noise high pitched from my dryer when the drum is rotating. The belt looks, could this be the bearings. I have checked to ensure nothing is fast in the drum. It is an indis condensing tumble dryer. Could anyone please advise?
