where do i place a loose tube leaking petrol in my mini midi moto?

there is a loose tube that comes out of the carburetor and leaks petrol in my 110cc, 4 stroke, unleaded petrol midi moto, if i block the tube, the bike wont kick start and petrol will leak from the air filter. i called the company i bought it from they said its a loose tube witch needs to be fitted back into place, but i have no idea where it needs to be fitted into.

note that the bike starts and runs perfectly but only leaks petrol and the tube is attached to the carburetor but loose from the other end were it leaks petrol from.

yes, precisley, the tube is as you described it. but what is the float or cranckase or any of those, sorry i don't know much about bikes, it would be helpful if you could give me detailed steps on how to adjust the float height or needle.

thank you Adam.

mo its an overflow pipe and it goes nowhere just points to the floor,it so the fuel does not flood the crankcase you need to fix the real problem which is either the float height in the carb or the loat needle or needle seat or even just some debris in the float needle seat.the most likely problem is the float height is too high and you need to bent the tab that pushes against the needle up so it shuts the fuel flow of a bit sooner and the fuel height does not get so high.
