asus P5K SE/EPU screen wont wake up?

my asus P5K SE/EPU motherboard has no pci slot so i got a asus 1g graphics card all turns on but screen stays asleep? no beeps at start so cant understand whats wrong?

NO beep mean that you never complete the Power On Self Test.

The most common causes are a missing or dead CPU, no RAM installed (or fried RAM), or, some times, no graphic card.

Maybe that graphic card don't work or is not compatible with your mother board or not properly inserted.
Try removing and replacing the card.
Try another one or using only the integrated "card" if any.
