How to fix washing machine Logixx 1600/1400 Express. ?

Bosch Logixx 1600/1400 Express washing machine fills with water takes detergent clicks as if going to start washing but then does nothing at all. Drum not rotating and not spinning. Any help would be greatly appreicated.
