westwood t1200 12hp engine keeps cutting out?

my mower will run perfect for about 40mins and then its like it just switches off, and will not start for about an hour.
i have replaced the spark plug and battery.

could be the safety features try to disconect the blue wire under the hood, if it works when disconected it is safety features.

change the fuel only 94 octane unleaded can be used
