how to fix a thetford flush pump?

i have a thetford 402c toilet in my poptop van and the flush does not work
i have tested the fuse and there appears to be powerto both circuit boards

Pumps tend to jam when left over the winter with the water drained out. Most just require a kick start by flicking the impellor with a small probe (pencil)
