when i plugged in my obd11/eobd code scanner response is no communation i checked for volts and pin 7 which is k-line is 11 volts which i think this should be around 4volts pin 16 is ok 12.8 volts this reading is with ign key on i dont get any k-line reading with it off 16 pin is ok i have traced k-line back to ecu and it still reads 11 volts i really need to sort this out before i can sort my bsi out as i have no wipers /guages /heater some lights thanks in advance for your help john
