triton t80z shower is tripping an ideas?

my Triton T80z shower is tripping every time I turn on hot water. there's power but every time i turn on goes off but works on cold water. an ideas please

There will be a heating element that makes the water hot - it may well have a short to earth causing the earth leakage breaker to trip.

Works OK on cold flow when heating not required - Trips electric on hot flow when heating is required.
