throttle twists around and doesnt rev, how do i fix it?

my throttle on a skyjet 125 twists around when started but doesnt rev the engine, how do i fix it please/

Sounds like the cable is broken,start by taking the twist grip apart and see if it is connected to the nipple,if it is then look at the carb end of the cable.
