I have a Kenmore 116 cannister vacuum. it won't turn on at all when I push the switch to either 'floor' or 'carpet'. It's plugged in to a good outlet and the breaker is fine. When I hook up the power nozzle and push the switch to 'carpet', that comes on, but the vacuum motor doesn't.
