Can't get the thing open. Got clothes in there. Tried to switch it on and off. Completed the programme with rinse and pump. Waited for hours. All I want is a chord to pull, but can't find it.

There is no emergency opening device on this machine . try holding the door tightly shut and bang the front of the machine near to the door lock it may release but will need to replace the door lock any way. If this doesn't work unplug and reach down inside the machine and force the door hook. Cheers
