what wrong with my partner chainsaw it won't oil the chain, I've blew out the tank and the lines with an airline but still no use.

Hi. Don't know how far you have stripped it down here is a few ideas. Remove bar and chain . Start saw and rev a few times if no oil appears its possible your drive to the pump is stripped. If oil does appear on side casing its a bar fault there is a hole on the bar that lets oil on to the chain .This is blocked clean bar channel and hole.
