Flashing unit donot work and where locate on daf 85cf 380

Had this fault a couple of years ago. As Norb says it is within the ECU. Try taking all the indicator bulbs out and check there is no build up of rust etc within the lamp holders, also check wiring behind the lampholders hasn't corroded or shorted. These will all cause a failure in circuit.

in an ecu but depending on the year of the truck depends what ecu it is ,I take it you have checked the obvious
