Model CINARO 70 FLAT MFW 70-5410/7

My Grundig CRT TV has a "cheep" "cheep" sound inside.
After removing the back cover, it seems to be coming from the HOR output stage.
No other sound or picture on TV.
Anyone have any ideas what this could be?
Just fixed the pincushion distortion due to dry joints and then this happened.

Also, where could I get a good schematic online?
