How to set up the timing after a timing belt failure.?

1.9 d- timing pin below starter into flywheel and think there are a couple of 8mm bolts for the cam and pump pulley,2.0lhdi-again pin into flywheel at starter,if it is a common rail then only a pin into cam pulley,think there is a 1.6d also,not sure about that one. If in doubt consult a manual.
