renault megane dynamic 06 how to get my window to close tight to the seal ?

my windows close ok but i have a gap at the top when it rains my seat gets wet ,ive been told that when you lock the doors the windows should jolt up to secure this ,,any advise as its sounds like the north wind blowing at the moment

your window has lost it's stop limit. disconnect the plug near the door hinge for 30 seconds, then drive the window to top and hold button for 2 seconds, this will cure it.

I have read of Renaults ongoing window regulator problems and they seem to fail to get to the bottom of the problem,I think there are warranties available for your problem,or part warranty so would enquire at a dealers about your problem.
