2007 Renault laguna 2.0 estate heater motor replaced but still not working all heater blower lights on could it be fuse or relay

are you getting power to the heater motor? check with a volt meter who ever fitted the unit should have done this,or was it you who fitted it ?car electrics are very simple if you have a logical approach to fault finding .power,fuse,relay,switch,
and are you certain the heater motor is working,?have you powered it up before you fitted it?
