are you getting power to the heater motor? check with a volt meter who ever fitted the unit should have done this,or was it you who fitted it ?car electrics are very simple if you have a logical approach to fault finding .power,fuse,relay,switch,
and are you certain the heater motor is working,?have you powered it up before you fitted it?
