Hi,
I would look at
1/ Is there water in the fuel tank (supermarket fuel) drain comtaminated fuel and add Wynns "dry fuel" to tank.
2/ Do you have a vaccum fuel tap and is it opening correctly Put end of fuel line in a bottle and spin engine over with kill switch in off position. this should allow fuel to run into the bottle if the tap is working.
3/ Is the fuel tank and/or inline fuel filter clean. This is a pain to do if you have to drain the fuel tank but you can do check 1 at the same time.

All of these can allow start but restrict the revs and cause misfire or splutter when revved and assuming you've assembled the carbs correctly I say fuel is still your problem if the bike was running prior to work commencing.
