Zanussi tumble dryer blowing cold air?

I have a zanussi condenser dryer which recently started blowing cold air only. Having read various online advice sites I purchased a new heater element. I fitted this today and initially it worked but now the machine is blowing cold air again.
Any ideas welcome

what model is it?.Takes 2mins to test an element with a meter.Could be an issue with the thermostat or if electronic the pcb/relay
