hi, the washer pump on my citroen xsara picasso is getting right voltage when the lever is pressed (used a test meter) but don't seem to be getting any amps (connected bulb dimly light up) fusses are ok and has a new pump on, has anybody got any ideas what could be coursing the problem please???
