when I unlock the van only the drivers door unlocks?

when I unlock the van only the drivers door unlocks the passenger dooor side & rear door stays locked, can't even open the passenger door will not open manually

lots of vans do this and require a second press to unlock everything although I would assume you have done this anyway?.
