Cit. Xsara Picasso Petrol Blower works on full speed only?

Xsara Picasso Petrol 1.6 2004. RHD. Heater Blower works only on full speed. Not on 1,2 or 3. Please help. Checked the Fuses F2 and F18.

It is the resistorpack inside the vent tubing one of the connections is burned.Can be reached from intake

It sounds like your heater resistor is at fault,sorry not sure where it is on your veh. but try looking near the blower unit itself,good luck.
