very strange if it is all the time, but if it is occasional then the imbalance sensor has operated. When this happens the motor tries to re-shuffle and balance the clothes by running slow and reversing. It will try 16 times max then abort the prog. Usually happens with 1 bathmat or 1 heavy item. try spinning with empty drum and report back. Cheers
