what barrel and pistens fit in a sukida sk50?

I have a sk50 and it needs a new barrel and piston and its really difficult to find one specifically for the bike. Can anyone tell me where to get the parts or any alternative parts that will work?

Why a new barrel and piston,why not a straight forward rebore and piston that is the usual way to go?
