Two red led lights permanently illuminated on my Whirlpool condencer tumble dryer stating that the filter needs cleaned and the water container needs emptied, both of which have been done... dryer still not operating...

on both filter and water collection units,there will be
a small sensor on each.prob only electrics in those areas
gently clean with cloth,being careful not to press in any areas on sensor,no need to dry.if this is not solving prob,itll be motherboard issues,and time for techman.good luck.
