How do I sync my Nokia to my iPad?

I have tried to sync my Nokia lumia 710(windows version) with my brand new iPad using Bluetooth. My iPad says "Nokia lumia not supported" what can I do to make them compatible ?

Connect both to your computer.
Have them both sync with the computer. You may need to sync one of them twice.
