a quick question when i am going up the hill, it will loose the power.if i am driving at 70mph it will start droping to as low as 20mph and when i get to the top and the road is level it will start picking up the speed AGAIN.
sounds like it is starved of fuel,may be something in tank blocking pick up pipe,or if it has pump in tank it may be at fault,also check turbo/intercooler hoses are not collapsing and blocking air supply.

It is very difficult to determine your fault,if you have no engine management lights on then it may be worth checking all inter cooler hoses for splits,the turbo impeller for wear/play and make sure your filters are clean and up to date.
