My Bissell pro heat won't suck up water?? ?

All it does is drops water, but no suction. What is plugged and how do you access it?? Do I need a new part?? Also are the rollers suppose to spin??

these things need cleaned every time you use them,if you don't the fluid you put in them to clean carpets block the jets and cause a failure in the pump motor ergo,no suction you have a expensive repair
