I have a beko wm6335w washing machine that won't run, lights are green , programme display works all seems good but it just won't kick in and run/wash

press and hold the start button for 5 sec and see if it resets.then select a program and see if it starts.If it doesn't but all lights up as though it is working suspect that the door safety lock may be an issue
