how can i fix my electric windows on laguna 53 reg?

The cables seem to have come off the motor on both windows in front, u can hear the motors still working but not operating windows, i can manually push windows up and down

I think there is an ongoing problem with regulators on these,try a scrappy or a main dealer,the perils of owning a Renault.
